Great Valley Aikido is a school dedicated to the practice of Aikido,
a Japanese martial art that fosters the individual's ability to harmonize with their environment.
The dojo is conveniently located just off Rt. 30 in Downingtown, PA.
Visitors and new members are always welcome. All classes are open to everyone and assume no prior aikido
or martial arts experience. No pre-registration is required. Call today to schedule a free week of classes,
or just drop in.
Great Valley Aikido is a member dojo in Aikido Schools of Ueshiba
(ASU), which is under the leadership of Mitsugi Saotome Sensei, long-time student of the founder of Aikido,
Morihei Ueshiba, O-Sensei. ASU is a worldwide organization headquartered in Washington, D.C.
